Education and Professional Background:

Florence Nduba is a seasoned financial services executive with more than 23 years of experience spanning banking, fiduciary services and regulated capital markets. She currently serves as the General Manager of KCB Corporate Trustee Ltd, a position she was appointed to in March 2026. In this role, she provides strategic and operational leadership for the trustee services business and oversees regulatory compliance.

Prior to her appointment, Florence served as Head, Investor Services at KCB Bank Kenya Limited from February 2014 and has held several other key leadership positions within KCB over the course of her career.

Florence holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan. She also holds the Trustee Development Certification (TDPK) from Humber College, Centre of Employee Benefits, Toronto, Canada, and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (ACSI).
